A: We refer to our new business registrations as relationship leads because we can almost always provide the names of the decision makers of new corporations, LLCs, etc, thus giving you not only leads for making sales, but also leads for establishing personal contact with decision makers that can culminate into relationships.

Q: How do I print address labels? A: The most common and easiest way to accomplish this is to download from our database into a comma separated file that can be opened by Microsoft Excel. From there, you can use Microsoft Word's Mail Merge Wizard to complete the process.

Q: What is a customer administrator? A: By default, the person who purchases a membership from us automatically becomes the customer administrator of their account. The customer administrator is responsible for the creation and maintenance of individual employee user accounts. To access this feature, click the "Manage Users" link at the top of the page.
