UCC Lapse Reports
- Shows initial liens that are approaching the lapse date
- Recurrence: Monthly
- Delivery Method: Email attachment (*.xls, *.pdf) or fax
- Availability: All counties in Missouri are available
- Pricing: $35 per county per month
UCC Recent Activity Reports
- Shows recent UCC filings including initial filings, continuations, terminations, amendments, assignments
- Recurrence: Weekly or Monthly depending on subscriber preference
- Delivery Method: Email attachment (*.xls, *.pdf) or fax
- Availability: All counties in Missouri are available
- Pricing: $35 per county per month
Note: UCC Lien Data is collected from around the state each week and entered into our database. A county is assigned to each record based on the debtor address that was provided to the Secretary of State. If the debtor address is not a Missouri address, then the address of the secured party is used to determine the county. Based upon this determination, a separate report is created for each county in the state. Subscriptions are $35 per month for each county report desired.
